- Checkout is 10:00 AM. Cleaners charge $50 per 30 minutes for late checkout.
- Booking guest must stay at the property.
- Adults may not book for guests under 25 unless the adult will stay for the full stay.
Strict Property Rules
- No smoking in or near the house. $1,000 fine.
- Illegal substances are prohibited. Violations may result in cancellation with no refund and removal by authorities.
- No moving or rearranging furniture. $1,000 fine.
- Do not attempt to unlock or enter locked doors or rooms.

- Exterior security cameras are present around the property, including the balcony.
- Cameras may not be removed, blocked, covered, or interfered with.
- No gates are present on the stairs, pool, dock, ledges, or waterfront areas.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for children; all guests assume responsibility for their own actions.
Pets
- $200 pet fee. No cats. Maximum 1 dog. No aggressive or guard dog breeds.
- Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods and are not allowed on furniture.
- Clean up pet waste. $100 fine applies for waste left behind; hose down turf or non-live-grass areas.
- Pets must be leashed or under voice control outside. Repeated nuisance barking may require pet removal or vacating with no refund.
Outdoor Living & Add-Ons
Enjoy the completed private beach, resort-style pool and patio, waterfront deck, hot tub, balcony bistro set, hammock chairs, outdoor sofa, and grill. Private boat charter is available upon request for an additional fee. Event dining setup with two foldable tables and 14 chairs is also available for rent. Clear-bottom kayaks are coming soon for an additional fee.
Good to Know
This is an authentic Florida waterfront home that has been lovingly updated over time. You may notice natural wood, vintage fixtures, or weathered decking, but the property is fully safe and well-maintained. There is a walkway on the right side of the yard that neighbors use to get to the water. You may see people walking in this area during your stay. You may also see the owners walking through there and along the dock to get to their boat, which is stored there. Do not attempt to access locked doors or rooms.
